  • $600.00 - $700.00 per hour which includes the aircraft, Pilot, Fuel, Photographer and 10 High Resolution Images. Additional images are $10.00 each. Most single-site projects are completed within one hour. Pricing depends on weather, aircraft type, ATC delays, as well as other external factors.

• All Aerial Images are in 4k or HD Video - Photos and Video is of exterior of home and may be combined with HDR interior images to create a stunning 1 1/2 - 3 minute video with music to compliment the homes personality.

Payment is due prior to start of shoot.  Paypal and all major credit card payments are accepted. A travel fee may be required based on location.  Any travel fee will be clearly identified prior to the appointment.  Photographs/Videos are licensed to the original purchaser only, for the original listing period only, for the sole purpose of selling or renting the photographed property.  Any additional use, by same-party or third-party, must be licensed separately through Edouard Zak Photography, Inc..  License is non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive and not for resale.  All photography copyright Edouard Zak Photography, Inc.  Edouard Zak Photography reserves its right to sell or market any photos taken unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.  Ask about exclusive licenses.

Private and Corporate Event Productions

Sessions start at $175/hour and include up to two hours minimum of on location coverage.  Daily rates are available. Rates do not include travel fees. 50% required to hold reservation. All quotes are given on a custom cost bases on time, date and location.

Professional Headshots

On Location (Home, Office, etc.)

On location Fee of $185 includes setup, session and two edited digital high-resolution images.

Additional Images

Professionally edited (retouched) digital high-resolution images at $20 each.

Travel and Destination Photography

All travel related expenses (Hotel, Airfare, Transportation) plus $750 per day Session Fee (coverage up to 12 hours per day).  Included is all acceptable photos taken in edited and non-edited format on a USB thumb drive or DVD.

Individual Prints

Photo Books and Albums - many options available from wallet to coffee table size. Hard cover, leather, linen, velvet and in multiple colors.

Photo Restoration and Retouching

Restore old and worn photos at $100 per hour.  Request a custom Quote for Project Based solutions.
